When I was “growing up” as a vet there were many people who inspired me and taught me to do things differently. Better.
These people are my veterinary heros and we’ve probably all got them. But now, as managers and owners it’s down to you to be a hero for the next generation of vets coming through, someone for them to look up to and learn from. So who are you a veterinary hero to? Or are you a villan?
